Independent Distributor - Remote Sales Consultant

About the role

MASOCHI BUSINESS CONSULTANCY advises small and medium-sized businesses on improving operations, strengthening financial performance and developing sustainable growth strategies. It is hiring an Independent Distributor for a full-time remote position, responsible for promoting and distributing its consultancy services to small and medium-sized businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients and build and maintain client relationships
• Explain the consultancy offerings and guide businesses through the service onboarding process
• Conduct virtual meetings and manage client inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams so client needs are accurately communicated and addressed
• Meet sales targets and keep accurate records of client interactions
• Provide feedback on market trends and client requirements to help improve the services

Required profile

• Strong sales and client relationship skills, including prospecting, negotiation and follow-up
• Business acumen and understanding of SME operations and challenges
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, accounts and reporting
• Comfort with remote work tools such as video conferencing, CRM systems, email and document-sharing platforms
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets without close supervision
• Prior experience in sales, distribution, consulting or business development is highly beneficial; relevant education in business, marketing or a related field is an advantage
