Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive new business opportunities and expand Liaison Group Ltd’s presence in Juba and the wider region. This full‑time, on‑site position requires strong sales acumen and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and market sectors.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, track sales performance and produce regular reports.
• Represent the company at industry events and maintain a professional network.

Required profile

• Proven business development and sales experience, preferably in financial services.
• Experience in client relationship and account management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Required skills

• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities in English.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyse data.
• Organisational and time‑management skills to handle multiple opportunities.
