About the role
NTU International is seeking a senior Non‑Key Expert to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost). The role focuses on strengthening policy dialogue, institutional cooperation and programme governance between European and African space stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate policy dialogue and institutional cooperation between EU and African Union bodies.
- Coordinate programme governance, steering mechanisms and inter‑institutional processes.
- Support knowledge exchange, innovation initiatives and private‑sector engagement in the space sector.
- Provide expert advice on EU space policy and African space governance architecture, including AfSA and AUC/REC frameworks.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in international relations, public policy, law, political science, space policy or a related field.
- Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in international cooperation, public policy or institutional advisory work.
- At least 4 years of experience with EU and/or African Union policy frameworks, inter‑institutional dialogue and programme governance.
