Key Account Manager Operations

About the role

Q-Sourcing is hiring a Key Account Manager Operations in Juba, reporting to the Business Manager. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management and leave management for Key Accounts. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• HR administration and compliance: track and report annual leave, file and retrieve project documents, prepare monthly project analysis reports, maintain statutory compliance, requisition staff IDs and project materials on approval.
• Onboarding and employee relations: support induction and orientation, handle grievances and investigations, raise and close disciplinary issues in line with employment law and company policy.
• Training and performance management: coordinate learning and development programs, run goal-setting, reviews and feedback, ensure job descriptions and KPIs exist, prepare appraisal schedules and deliver policy and procedure training.
• Recruitment: identify project recruitment needs and manage the end-to-end process, including job adverts, shortlisting, interview scheduling and reference checks.
• Policies and compliance: implement and communicate HR policies, take part in HR audits, monitor policy adherence and support environmental, health and safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or another business-related field.
• At least 1 year of generalist HR experience.
• Expert knowledge of South Sudan labor laws.
• HR professional membership is an added advantage.
