Administrative, Logistics & Project Support Expert

About the role

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost) and seeks a qualified Non‑Key Expert to provide administrative, operational and logistical support to programme implementation. The role includes contract and activity monitoring, financial reporting support, organisation of meetings and events, and coordination of project‑related activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational and logistical support to programme implementation
• Monitor contracts and project activities
• Support financial reporting and budgeting processes
• Organise meetings, webinars, workshops, missions and events
• Coordinate project‑related activities and documentation

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in administration, project management, finance, communication, social sciences or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project administration, contract monitoring, logistics or operational support
• At least 1 year of experience supporting donor‑funded or international programmes
