Bar Manager – Five Star Hotel (East Africa)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead the bar operations at one of our five‑star hotels in East Africa. This role is designed for a motivated hospitality professional who wants to join a dynamic international environment and contribute to the success of a luxury hotel brand. The Bar Manager will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service, driving sales, and ensuring the bar meets the revenue targets expected of a five‑star property. The position offers the chance to apply strong sales and revenue‑generation expertise in a prestigious hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the bar team at a five‑star hotel in East Africa.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager in an international branded hotel.
• At least two years in a similar Bar Manager position.
• Experience working in Africa is highly preferred.
• Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
