About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead the Building & Engineering department at its Juba property. The role ensures the property’s facilities operate at the highest standards, supporting guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all property maintenance activities, ensuring proactive and preventive maintenance programs are in place.
• Lead, develop, and manage the maintenance team, fostering a culture of growth and high performance.
• Prepare and control the departmental budget, monitor costs, inventory, and productivity.
• Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property maintenance with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent leadership skills with a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example approach.
