Project Coordinator – Field Support Services (FSSP) South Sudan

About the role

The Project Coordinator will support the Field Support Services Project (FSSP) in South Sudan, ensuring effective delivery of technical, administrative, financial and logistical services. This role reports to the Project Manager for FSSP Ethiopia and South Sudan and contributes to Canada’s international assistance programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source human resources or contractors to provide technical expertise and assistance.
• Maintain and update project information in manual and electronic files, including activity schedules, status reports and correspondence.
• Assist in developing, planning, analyzing, evaluating and prioritising deliverables, documents and requirements.
• Research, locate background information, analyse data, extract relevant details and write summaries.
• Engage with stakeholders and address problems promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate logistical services such as mission planning, local transportation, travel arrangements, flights and accommodation.
• Coordinate project reviews, capture lessons learned and share findings.
