About the role

The Finance Coordinator will ensure the efficient functioning of finance, human resources, logistics/procurement, and ICT across NRC consortium partners in South Sudan. Reporting to the Consortium Manager and working closely with the Finance Manager, the role supports the delivery of high‑quality, compliant humanitarian programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Implement NRC’s financial systems, procedures, and the Consortium Guide across all implementing agencies.
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements, South Sudan regulations, and consortium agreements.
• Conduct periodic reviews of financial and administrative records of partner agencies.
• Coordinate finance, HR, logistics, and ICT activities to support programme implementation teams.
• Provide technical guidance to Consortium Finance Managers and other partners.
• Travel up to 15% within South Sudan to monitor and support field operations.

Required profile

• Experience in finance coordination within humanitarian or NGO settings.
• Knowledge of donor compliance, South Sudan financial regulations, and consortium management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple partners and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within the country as required.
