Field Service Engineer – South Sudan

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical and laboratory equipment across South Sudan. The role involves direct client interaction, technical support, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair medical and laboratory equipment at client sites.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment usage.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Travel to client locations as required and ensure compliance with regulations.

Required profile

• National Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or Medical Technology.
• 3 to 5 years experience as a Field Service Engineer or Instrument Engineer.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car.

Required skills

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of medical and laboratory equipment.
• Experience with diagnostics or medical devices, specifically hospital instruments or laboratory equipment.
