About the role
The Country Manager will lead the promotion and detailing of our pharmaceutical portfolio to chemists and healthcare professionals across the assigned territory. This role combines strategic market oversight with hands‑on sales activities to drive growth and strengthen brand presence.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and detail company pharmaceutical products to chemists and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers.
- Conduct regular field visits and deliver product presentations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Submit daily call reports and sales activity reports.
- Participate in product training programs, conferences, and promotional events.
Required profile
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or related field.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Results‑oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
