About the role
The Partnership & Finance Manager will support the Finance Lead in managing the financial aspects of the EFASS‑funded project. This role ensures accurate budgeting, cash forecasting, financial reporting and compliance with donor requirements while overseeing partner financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor project budget and monthly spending plans, prepare cash projections and ensure sufficient liquidity.
- Prepare and analyse budget versus actual reports, provide variance explanations and support budget realignments.
- Review financial transactions for compliance with donor and IRC policies.
- Oversee implementing partners’ financial reports, conduct spot checks, and follow up on issues.
- Identify gaps in partner financial capacity and provide guidance to strengthen compliance.
- Participate in EFASS procurement processes, offering financial input to align purchases with approved budgets and donor rules.
