Junior Sales Consultant (FAIS)

About the role

As a Junior Sales Consultant focusing on FAIS, you will support the bank’s financial services portfolio by identifying client needs, promoting tailored solutions, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. This entry‑level position offers exposure to banking operations, compliance standards, and customer relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact existing and prospective customers to generate sales leads and meet defined targets.
• Promote, market and sell financial solutions in line with relevant legislation and internal policies.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes, share best practices and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure all activities comply with control, risk and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service to achieve high satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce or Management Studies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Commitment to compliance, risk management and ethical standards.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills are mandated; a willingness to learn banking products and sales tools is essential.
