Account Project Manager (Part‑time, Hybrid)

About the role

Talent Gaze is seeking a part‑time Account Project Manager based in Juba. This hybrid position blends on‑site collaboration with remote work, overseeing client accounts and coordinating project activities to meet timeline, quality and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client communication and maintain strong, long‑term relationships.
• Track project progress, prepare status reports and resolve scope or satisfaction issues.
• Align internal resources, clarify requirements and keep project documentation up to date.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and support best‑practice development in account and project management.

Required profile

• Strong account management and customer‑service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with active listening skills.
• Solid analytical and budgeting abilities to monitor performance and finances.
• Proven ability to organise multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Management, Finance or equivalent practical experience.
