Sexual Reproductive Health Coordinator

About the role

The Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) Coordinator will provide strategic, technical and managerial leadership for IRC South Sudan’s SRH portfolio. This role oversees the implementation and scale‑up of high‑impact interventions such as contraception, maternal and newborn health, and postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) prevention and treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead country‑level implementation of the SRHR Impact at Scale (I@S) initiative, expanding access to contraception and scaling PPH prevention and treatment.
• Oversee integration of SRH services across facility and community platforms.
• Promote linkages between SRH and other Impact at Scale priorities, including immunization, nutrition and cash assistance.
• Ensure program quality, strategic growth and alignment with IRC’s overall health strategy.
• Coordinate with health, nutrition, protection and economic recovery teams to maximize population‑level impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience providing strategic, technical and managerial leadership for SRH programs in humanitarian settings.
• Demonstrated ability to implement contraception, maternal and newborn health, and PPH interventions.
• Experience working with both facility‑based and community‑based delivery models.
• Strong coordination skills to integrate SRH with other health and protection services.
