Senior Procurement Consultant

About the role

Sheladia Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Consultant to support its Third Party Monitoring Services project in Juba, South Sudan. The role focuses on ensuring that all goods, works, and services contracted for the project are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and comply with contractual terms.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts to verify timely and complete delivery of goods, works, and services.
• Monitor procurement performance using Key Performance Indicators.
• Conduct procurement reviews for variation orders, time and cost extensions, and other emerging needs.
• Report discrepancies identified during contract execution.
• Perform field visits to infrastructure sites or storage locations to assess implementation status.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering or a related field.
• At least seven years of international public procurement experience, including work with multinationals, large civil works, and World Bank‑funded projects.
• Proven ability to manage contracts for goods, works, and consulting services.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative work in multicultural teams.
