Sales Advocate – Facilities Services

About the role

The Sales Advocate will work on‑site in Central Equatoria, South Sudan, promoting Amazing Cleaning Company Ltd’s professional cleaning solutions. This full‑time position focuses on generating new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and delivering tailored sales strategies that align with customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with existing and potential clients to understand their cleaning requirements.
• Develop and implement customer‑oriented sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide training and advice on cleaning solutions to clients and internal teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales approaches.
• Track sales performance and report on progress against objectives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven experience in sales and sales management, including strategy creation.
• Experience training or mentoring clients or team members.
• Problem‑solving mindset with adaptability to dynamic client needs.
• Knowledge of the facilities services industry is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
