Director of Global Facilities

About the role

Corgan is seeking a strategic leader to head its Global Office Services function. The Director will guide facilities, administrative support, and workplace experience across all regions, ensuring the environments foster creativity, collaboration, and high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global Office Services, overseeing facilities, records management, office standards, and vendor relationships.
• Mentor the Facilities Manager and a worldwide network of Administrative Assistants, driving consistent performance and professional growth.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Real Estate, and Design teams to support onboarding, space readiness, relocations, expansions, and renovations.
• Contribute operational insight to lease strategy, procurement, and site assessments.
• Utilize data and technology to improve space planning, service delivery, and operational visibility.
• Develop and manage budgets for facilities and administrative services, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and sustainability.
