About the role

EB CHEWE ENTERPRISE is seeking a full‑time, remote Business Development Manager to drive new revenue streams and strengthen client relationships. You will play a strategic part in expanding the company’s market presence and delivering sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that increase revenue.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Conduct market research to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align efforts with organizational goals.
  • Prepare regular reports and analyze performance metrics.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in business development, lead generation, and client acquisition.
  • Track record of successful market research, sales strategy, and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis for pipeline management.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to spot and act on opportunities.
  • Adaptable to a remote, independent work environment while collaborating with teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
