WASH Program Manager – Middle East

About the role

Samaritan's Purse is looking for a Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Program Manager to lead a field‑based project in the Middle East. The manager will guide the design, implementation and monitoring of borehole rehabilitation, sanitation infrastructure, and community hygiene training.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the WASH project, aligning with organizational goals.
• Oversee rehabilitation of boreholes and construction or repair of sanitation structures.
• Coordinate community‑based hygiene training sessions.
• Manage project budgets, procurement and reporting.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary field team.

Required profile

• Demonstrated commitment to the mission and values of Samaritan's Purse.
• Experience working in humanitarian or development settings, preferably in the Middle East.
• Ability to work in challenging field environments and adapt to local cultural norms.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of borehole rehabilitation and sanitation construction.
• Project budgeting and financial oversight.
• Team leadership and supervision.
