Vice President of Human Resources (Remote)

About the role

Chiarro Finance Consultant is seeking a strategic leader to serve as Vice President of Human Resources. This full‑time remote position will shape HR strategy, drive culture, and ensure compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
• Design, manage, and continuously improve comprehensive employee benefit programs.
• Maintain and enhance the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the HR team while fostering a positive, inclusive culture.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Required profile

• Broad knowledge of HR policies, strategic planning, and organizational development.
• Strong expertise in employee relations and benefits management.
• Proficiency with HRIS and leveraging HR technology for process improvements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making abilities.
• Experience leading remote teams and building stakeholder relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM‑SCP) are a plus.
