Operations Supervisor – South Sudan

About the role

The Operations Supervisor will ensure smooth daily operations at our fuel site in South Sudan, working closely with the Operations Manager and airline customers to deliver safe and timely refuelling services.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily operational tasks efficiently in coordination with the Operations Manager.
• Oversee all quality control and operational activities on site.
• Coordinate with airline customers to guarantee delay‑free and safe refuelling operations.
• Build and maintain long‑term trust‑based relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate site documentation and ensure compliance with quality audit and JIG requirements.
• Manage fuel stock levels, process fuel indent requests, and coordinate with the Operations Manager.
• Ensure all equipment, refuellers, and diesel generators remain in sound condition.
• Handle safety, quality, and maintenance documentation.
• Liaise with airport authorities to secure statutory permissions and renewals.
• Align company and client expectations throughout the operational process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site operations, preferably within fuel or aviation environments.
• Strong ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including airline customers and airport authorities.
• Attention to detail in maintaining documentation and compliance records.
• Capability to manage fuel inventories and equipment maintenance schedules.

Required skills

• Knowledge of quality control procedures and audit standards.
• Familiarity with fuel handling equipment and diesel generators.
