Medical Delegate

About the role

As a Medical Delegate you will be at the forefront of Shalina Healthcare’s commercial operations, promoting our pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals and driving sales growth across your assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and detail company products to doctors, pharmacists, hospital staff and key opinion leaders.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets while identifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities and pharmacies, responding promptly to inquiries.
• Organise and participate in product presentations, seminars and medical events.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and deliver scientifically accurate information.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly activity and sales reports, recording interactions in CRM systems.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs, providing market intelligence.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and manage a defined territory.
• Scientific credibility and a solid understanding of pharmaceutical products.
• Proactive attitude towards market intelligence and customer feedback.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems for sales tracking and reporting.
