ICT Associate (Roving) – Expedited

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking an ICT Associate (Roving) to provide daily technical and ICT support across its South Sudan mission and sub‑offices. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining network infrastructure, and assisting users with a range of Microsoft and IOM‑specific applications.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as roving ICT staff, traveling to sub‑offices as needed to address support gaps.
• Provide technical assistance for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure, and IOM corporate applications such as Wave and PRIMA.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki‑based network equipment in a LAN/WAN environment.
• Ensure all devices comply with ICT security standards and report inconsistencies.
• Assist users in a hybrid cloud environment and escalate complex issues.

Required profile

• Experience delivering ICT support in a multi‑site or mission‑based setting.
• Ability to work flexibly across different locations and adapt to temporary duty assignments.
• Strong orientation toward security compliance and user assistance.
