TVET Consortium Coordinator – Juba, South Sudan

About the role

The TVET Consortium Coordinator will support the EU Agri‑TVET Consortium Manager in overseeing the implementation of the agricultural technical and vocational education programme in South Sudan. Based in Juba, the role involves extensive travel (up to 50 %) to project sites to ensure effective coordination among NRC, consortium partners and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the EU Agri‑TVET portfolio according to the approved work plan and donor requirements.
• Provide quality control, technical support and capacity‑building to implementing partners and contractors.
• Coordinate the consortium work plan, budget, reporting and documentation.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between NRC, consortium members, clusters, working groups and other relevant actors.
• Develop and promote harmonised tools, guidelines and common rationale across partners.
• Prepare status reports, contribute to new programme proposals and represent the consortium in coordination forums.
• Ensure compliance with donor regulations and contractual obligations, and deputise for the Consortium Manager when required.

Required profile

• Relevant higher‑education qualification in agriculture, education, development studies or a related field.
• Experience in project coordination or management within multi‑partner programmes, preferably in the TVET or agricultural sector.
• Strong understanding of donor‑driven programmes and ability to work across diverse cultural and institutional contexts.
• Excellent communication, reporting and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
