Senior Project Manager (Part‑time, Remote)

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead complex, multi‑stakeholder projects on a part‑time, fully remote basis. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope and budget while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, develop detailed plans and schedules, and monitor progress against milestones.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations and vendor relationships.
• Oversee expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials, services and documentation.
• Manage logistics and inspection schedules, track risks and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare status reports, facilitate project meetings and mentor project team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex projects in technical, industrial or logistics‑focused environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities with attention to detail and risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain or related field; PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
