Product Marketing Manager

About the role

The Product Marketing Manager will join Eastpak Distributors in Juba to lead the creation and execution of product marketing strategies for key product lines. Working in a hybrid setting, the role bridges product management, sales and distribution teams to ensure successful market launches and sustained commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement product marketing plans, including positioning, messaging and value propositions.
• Conduct market and competitive research and translate insights into go‑to‑market strategies.
• Collaborate with product management, sales and distribution teams to support product launches and lifecycle management.
• Create sales enablement materials, coordinate campaigns and monitor performance metrics.
• Adjust strategies based on data, feedback and business objectives.
• Work closely with leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall brand and business goals.

Required profile

• Strong market research and competitive analysis capabilities with a track record of turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience designing and executing go‑to‑market and product marketing plans across multiple channels.
• Background in product management and sales enablement, including tool and training development.
• Proficiency in data analysis and use of marketing and sales KPIs for decision‑making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in distribution, FMCG or emerging markets is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model in Juba.
