Marketing Manager – Construction & Engineering Services

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing and business development strategies that promote the company's construction services, engineering solutions, heavy equipment, industrial plants, and construction materials. Working closely with senior management and operational teams, the role aims to expand market share and drive sustainable growth in South Sudan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities across construction, infrastructure, mining, industrial and real‑estate sectors.
• Promote and sell construction materials such as sand, aggregates, ready‑mix concrete and quarry products.
• Market construction and engineering services, equipment rental, and industrial facilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, government agencies, NGOs, UN organisations and suppliers.
• Support tender identification, proposal preparation and bid coordination.
• Manage the company’s website, social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Prepare brochures, newsletters, presentations and organise exhibitions or trade fairs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing or business development within construction, infrastructure, mining or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of client relationship management and sales pipelines.
• Ability to coordinate with production, logistics and technical teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client meetings and site visits.
