Marketing Communications Manager

About the role

The Marketing Communications Manager will lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing and communications initiatives for Gateway Digital Enterprise. Based in Central Equatoria, South Sudan, this part‑time hybrid position supports brand awareness, stakeholder engagement and business growth across digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine key messaging, press releases and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate multi‑channel campaigns, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor media coverage, support events and announcements, and document communication plans.
• Track performance metrics and provide insights to optimise future activities.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
• Experience in marketing, public relations or communications, preferably in a digital or enterprise environment.
• Proven project‑management capability to deliver initiatives on time and within scope.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting and manage multiple priorities.
