Electrical Technician – Beverage Manufacturing (Juba)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join a leading beverage manufacturing plant in Juba. The role involves maintaining and repairing electrical equipment that supports production, packaging, and water treatment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix electrical faults on production and processing machinery.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, starters, contactors, relays, sensors, control panels and PLC‑based systems.
• Support electrical maintenance for purified water treatment, carbonated soft‑drink lines and other beverage processing equipment.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and production emergencies, working in shifts as required.
• Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, modifications and improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on industrial electrical maintenance experience, preferably in beverage, water bottling or food‑processing plants.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production and maintenance team.
• Safety‑conscious, reliable and able to work under pressure.
