Consortium Coordinator – Agri-TVET (South Sudan, Juba)

About the role

The Agri‑TVET Consortium Coordinator will support the Consortium Manager in overseeing the EU‑funded agricultural TVET programme in South Sudan. Based in Juba, the role involves extensive travel (up to 50%) to project sites and requires close collaboration with NRC, consortium partners and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the EU Agri‑TVET portfolio according to the approved work plan and donor requirements.
• Provide quality control, technical assistance and capacity‑building to implementing partners and contractors.
• Coordinate the development and execution of the consortium’s work plan, budget and documentation.
• Prepare status reports, ensure proper filing of documents and maintain compliance with donor regulations.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among consortium members, steering committees, donors, government agencies and UN partners.
• Represent the consortium in coordination forums and attend internal and external meetings as required.
• Act as deputy for the Consortium Manager in their absence.

Required profile

• Experience in project coordination or management within the agriculture or TVET sector.
• Strong understanding of donor‑funded programmes and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with international and national partners.
• Willingness to travel frequently to remote project sites.
