About the role

VSF Germany is looking for a qualified Boat/Field Vehicle Driver to support its operations in Fangak County, South Sudan. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing reliable transportation for staff and supplies in challenging field conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Operate boats and field vehicles as required for mission activities.
• Transport personnel, equipment, and goods safely between project sites.
• Maintain basic vehicle and boat upkeep to ensure operational readiness.
• Follow safety and security protocols while on the move.

Required profile

• Qualified and well‑experienced driver with proven ability to operate both boats and off‑road vehicles.
• Willingness to work in remote and potentially austere environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a field team.
