Agri-TVET Coordinator (2 positions) – ARISE Programme

About the role

The Agri-TVET Coordinator will be based at the state/county level in South Sudan and will lead the day‑to‑day implementation of the ARISE‑GREEN project. Reporting to the Consortium Programme Manager, the coordinator ensures that agricultural TVET activities are delivered to high quality standards and align with donor requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee field execution of TVET capacity‑building, practical training delivery and private‑sector engagement in the assigned hub.
• Coordinate with local TVET centre administrations, county authorities and private‑sector networks.
• Monitor progress against the project workplan and provide regular field insights to the central team.
• Support vulnerable youth, including IDPs, refugees, women and persons with disabilities, through market‑led competency‑based training.
• Ensure compliance with child safeguarding Level 2 requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in agricultural technical and vocational education and training.
• Proven ability to manage project activities in a humanitarian or development context.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with local authorities and private sector.
• Willingness to work onsite in remote county locations.
