About the role
EB CHEWE ENTERPRISE is seeking a full‑time, remote Business Development Manager to drive new revenue streams and strengthen client relationships. You will play a strategic part in expanding the company’s market presence and delivering sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that increase revenue.
- Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Conduct market research to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align efforts with organizational goals.
- Prepare regular reports and analyze performance metrics.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Track record of successful market research, sales strategy, and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis for pipeline management.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to spot and act on opportunities.
- Adaptable to a remote, independent work environment while collaborating with teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
